Our adult occupational therapists provide a wide range of assessments, including:

Do you provide ongoing therapy, or just assessments?

Yes, we provide both. Our team delivers ongoing therapy for clients of all ages, helping to build functional independence, manage conditions, and achieve goals. Therapy can be delivered at home, in the community, or in schools.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Yes. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed NDIS participants. Our reports and therapy programs are designed to align with your NDIS goals and funding categories.

Do you accept private clients?

Yes. We welcome private clients for both assessments and therapy. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Where are your services delivered?

We are a national provider, with a head office in Sydney. Services are delivered in-home, at school, in community settings, or via telehealth, depending on client needs. Please get in touch to confirm if there is an available therapist available in your area.

What types of paediatric services do you offer?

Our paediatric occupational therapists support children with:

– Sensory processing and emotional regulation

– Functional play, independence, and school participation

– Home modifications (e.g. rails, ramps, accessible bathroom solutions)

– Therapy for fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, ADLs

– Plan review and goal-focused reporting

– Equipment prescription, including:

– Seating and mobility aids

– Sensory regulation equipment

– Complex seating systems

How do I make a referral?

Referrals can be submitted via our website, by email, or by phone. We accept referrals from support coordinators, families, GPs, and other providers.

What is the wait time for services?

We aim to offer appointments within 2–3 weeks of receiving a referral. Wait times vary slightly by location and service type, but we prioritise timely access.

Do you charge travel costs?

Yes. Travel is charged in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements (2025–26):

– Labour travel: Up to 30 minutes each way (metro) or 60 minutes (regional/remote) may be charged at the hourly rate of the support item.
– Non-labour travel (e.g. fuel): $0.99 per km, plus agreed costs like tolls or parking.

All travel charges are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

How long does it take to receive a report after assessment?

Reports are generally completed within 10–15 business days after the assessment. Faster turnaround can be arranged if needed.

Are your reports NDIS-compliant?

Yes. All of our reports meet NDIS requirements and are suitable for use in plan reviews, access requests, equipment funding, and housing applications.

What qualifications do your clinicians have?

All team members are:
– AHPRA-registered professionals
– Skilled in adult and/or paediatric care
– Experienced in functional assessments, equipment prescription, and therapy
– Committed to person-centred, evidence-based practice

What NDIS support categories do you bill under?

We bill under:

– Capacity Building

– Improved Daily Living

– Assistive Technology (for equipment and home mods)

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations with less than 2 business days’ notice may attract a cancellation fee as per NDIS guidelines. If there is non-face to face work to be done for re-occurring clients therapists will focus appointment time to complete this work if suitable.
